Trashy Advertising?
While making the rounds in NYC, I walked out of the Ogilvy agency and immediately noticed these colorful trash cans in front of their offices. These two random garbage cans featured advertising for IMAGES.COM on all four sides.
How appropriate the stock companies are advertising on trash cans in NYC.
“One mans trash is another mans treasure…” Is this just another brilliant idea someone had to take advantage of unused space? Or should we look at the bigger picture and ask ourselves, how will this campaign effect the value of illustration?
